Abaout Shipping

We will dispatch the goods within two working days after receiving the order. In case of certain situations where we are unable to dispatch the goods in a timely manner, we will inform the customers of the delivery time via email. The goods will arrive at destinations around the world within approximately 3 - 15 - 30 days.

The 3-day delivery service = dispatched from local warehouses.
The 7 - 10-day delivery service = dispatched from local warehouses or from China.
The 15 - 30-day delivery service = dispatched from local warehouses or from China. It takes approximately 4 days to reach some countries, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, Sweden, the United States, Italy and other countries and regions; while it takes approximately 30 days to reach some other countries.

Note:

In many areas, delivery may not be possible on Saturdays and Sundays. Otherwise, our delivery methods are only available on weekdays, not on weekends or holidays. Expedited delivery is not available in any area.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking data.

Please note: For orders shipped to an address, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the goods arrive at the specified shipping address. The buyer will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that LetonPower has no control over these charges and, as these charges vary in different countries, LetonPower cannot predict their amount. If you have special instructions, please leave us a message before checkout.

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly; LetonPower is not responsible for (partial) loss of goods if there are any problems with the shipment of the order due to an error in the buyer's shipping address. If LetonPower requires more information about the shipping address, LetonPower may contact the buyer to provide more information. If more information about the shipping address is required, delivery may be delayed.

LetonPower will make every reasonable effort to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery period.

If delivery is delayed, or if delivery is impossible or only partially delivered, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order. In this case, the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the contract free of charge.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the risk of damage and/or loss of the Products shall be borne by LetonPower until delivery to the delivery address.

If the Buyer receives Products that the Buyer did not order, the Buyer must notify LetonPower as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email (or via the contact page of the Website). The Buyer will be responsible for the return shipment of such Products after receiving the return instructions from LetonPower, and LetonPower will bear the costs of this shipment and will subsequently be responsible for shipping the correct Products to the Buyer, provided that the Buyer fully complies with the return instructions of LetonPower.

If the Products are delivered to the Buyer damaged or incomplete, the Buyer must notify the LetonPower Customer Service Team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) via the website letondive.com. LetonPower will then decide how to deal with the issue at hand; the customer must always notify LetonPower in the above cases and await instructions from the LetonPower customer service team. In this case, if the customer returns the product at his own expense without first contacting the customer service team and awaiting their instructions, he cannot claim back from LetonPower the costs he incurred (nor can LetonPower be held responsible for returns made without LetonPower's prior consent).

If an order that LetonPower has shipped or is shipping to the buyer is lost, missing, or the buyer claims that he/she did not receive the order (despite information such as tracking data/carrier information indicating otherwise), the carrier's complaint procedure will be initiated and a refund or re-shipment will be made pending the outcome of this procedure. The buyer will fully cooperate with the carrier's complaint procedure.

If the goods are lost due to the carrier's error (and the carrier's complaint procedure has been completed), LetonPower will refund the customer or attempt to re-ship the ordered products. If the goods have not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address (or pickup point) within 14 days of the shipment date, the buyer is obliged to notify the LetonPower customer service team by email within 14 days (i.e.: 28 days after the shipment date in the end).

We hope that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make at LetonPower. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the product within 30 days of delivery by following our return procedure. There are two main types of returns most often requested by our customers, and terms and conditions apply:

1. Return or exchange the product within 30 days of delivery if the customer no longer needs it. To do this, you must:

1. Contact us and follow our return procedure within 30 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Second-hand products are not subject to the 30-day money back guarantee.

2. Please contact us about the return before sending the product back, otherwise, we will not be aware of the return and will not accept your return.

3. Customer pays for shipping.

1. Please register the product and check if your product is within the warranty period.

2. Please consider whether the fault or defect is caused during normal use, as we cannot accept returns of products damaged by misuse
